So I made this cake for my friends little girl. She wanted a Mickey/Minnie cake but was having a pool party and her fav colors are pink and purple :). My friend is also a professional photographer so I'll be replacing this photo with her's when she gets back from Disney (haha). Also because I made sand (graham crackers and brown sugar) that she added at the party to the top of the cake.. cute!!
The bottom layer is 3 9' chocolate rounds with peanut butter buttercream filling. The top tier is 2 6' rounds, red velvet with buttercream filling.
